At this time, we are unable to offer dietary accommodations or modifications. However, we are able to make the Miami ribs and glass noodle salad in our BBQ Pack and Add-Ons gluten-free upon request. Additionally, we can substitute gluten-free crackers in our Picnic Box. Please email us after placing your order to make these arrangements info@faretheewell.ca
All of our boxes are prepared in a shared kitchen where common allergens, including dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, sesame, shellfish, fish, and mustard, may be present. While we do our best to avoid cross-contact, we cannot guarantee that any item is free from trace allergens.

Because our boxes are made-to-order and contain perishable items, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If your plans change, you are welcome to gift your box to a friend or family member to enjoy in your place. Just make sure they’re able to pick up the order or receive delivery as scheduled, and you notify us immediately of the changes.
