Stone Fruit Carpaccio

This stone fruit carpaccio is what my summer dreams are made of! The perfect appetizer for a hot day.

This stone fruit carpaccio hits all the sweet and savoury notes. It's the perfect appetizer to surpise your guests with!


Stone Fruit Carpaccio

Serves 3-4


What you'll need:

3 stone fruit (peach, nectarine, apricot, plum), thinly sliced

Extra virgin olive oil

Honey

Ricotta cheese or stracciatella

Flaky sea salt

Fresh basil leaves, torn (or mint)

Chopped pistachios


Steps:


Arrange thinly sliced stone fruit on a large plate or platter, drizzle with EVOO & honey. Dollop with ricotta or stracciatella cheese. Finish with flaky sea salt, torn fresh basil or mint leaves and chopped pistachios.


Serve as is, or with some fresh bread👌
